The Kingdom Series

This sermon series called “The Kingdom” will go through the books of 1 and 2 Samuel. It records the start of the “kingship” in Israel’s history, highlighted first by the ministry of Samuel the prophet and then the first two kings of Israel, Saul and David.

The primary lesson we will learn in these narratives is that in light of these human kings, the only true, perfect, and eternal King is Jesus Christ himself. We’ll learn about various principles of living in God’s Kingdom and how we can serve and influence the world around us for the King’s glory and purposes.
