Our Story

Welcome to the HMCC of Jakarta family! We started in 2009 when a church plant team was sent by HMCC of Ann Arbor (in the U.S.) with the vision of reaching out to Universitas Pelita Harapan and the Jakarta metropolitan area. Pastor Andrew and his family moved to Indonesia in 2010 and since then has served as the lead pastor of our church. By God's grace, we've seen Jesus Christ at work in university students, single adults, and families. In 2015, our vision expanded as we planted a church to minister to Universitas Tarumanagara and the Grogol area of the city. We believe by faith that God will continue to transform His people into faithful and fruitful disciples of Jesus Christ who will transform Jakarta and all of Indonesia.
